Services. Crystal Bright Cleaning provides Post-Construction Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. Crystal Bright Cleaning (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination. Crystal Bright Cleaning may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Crystal Bright Cleaning does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Damages. Crystal Bright Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crystal Bright Cleaning from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Term Changes. Crystal Bright Cleaning may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
